New Construction Services
The list below specifies the required qualifications for the following positions: Foreman, Leadman, Journeyman, and Apprentice level Plumbers
- Continuing experience in new construction plumbing in Multi-Unit Dwellings, Commercial (low to medium level), and TIs (with at least 5 years for Journeyman and above positions)
- Must have experience which combines quality and quantity work
- Foreman and Leadman must be able to do take-offs and lay-outs
- Foreman and Leadman must be able to size and design piping systems
- Foreman and Leadman must know current UPC code
- All our foremen are working foremen, that is, they work right alongside the plumbers they supervise
- A Plumbing Foreman should be able to run projects of all sizes and supervise up to 20 plumbers
- Foreman must be able to work with the job superintendents, inspectors, and clients
- Foreman and Leadman must be knowledgeable of OSHA safety regulations
- Foreman and Leadman must be able to order materials to maximize work and profitability
- Foreman and Leadman must be able to handle stress and long hours
- Foreman, Leadman and Journeyman should either hold a Journeyman’s license (City of Phoenix) or be able to get a License within 90 days of employment. Apprentice level employees must obtain a Apprentice Card as soon as possible
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus
- Foreman level I and II, Company truck provided
- Foreman Level I, II, and III, Cellular phone provided
- Foremen are eligible for Bonuses based on labor performance and "coming in" under budget
